I can't say for sure why you see a difference between Win11 21H2 and Win11 22H2.

How come Gadgets cpu usage works but not Rainformers? Worked perfectly on Windows 11 21H2. And the CPU usage in the top CPU rainmeter on both Gadgets and Rainformer show the incorrect CPU usage for processes. However the top CPU rainmeter from Gadgets seems to show the exact same symptoms as Rainformer under 22H2, it only shows a few process for a few seconds, then more processes the next second and the other second just two process for example. The Gadgets CPU-meter seems to be accurate on Windows 11 22H2 as below screenshots when I compare it to Rainformer and Task Manager. To be sure….Beeta wrote: ↑ September 22nd, 2022, 6:14 am * The standard 'hand pointer' mouse cursor is shown when you hover over a meter with any 'MouseAction' on it or a button. * Path and filename of the file created by Debug=2 in WebParser is now configurable with Debug2File='filename.ext' * Added support for the middle mouse button (MiddleMouseDownAction / MiddleMouseUpAction) * New RANDOM function in the CALC measure type. * Aspect ratio of images is preserved when images are scaled.

Adding new skins is now much easier and doesn't require coding, although if you want a challenge the option to personalize with your own code is still available. There's really not much reason to mess around with them at all though unless you want to create your own look. While Rainmeter has improved its user-friendliness substantially, beginners can still easily get lost in the configuration options and settings. Once a relatively complicated application, the developers of this customizable personalization utility have increasingly striven to make the meter's interface more user-friendly. More intuitive interface, confusing configurations You can move different meter windows around on a whim, edit their skins relatively easily, tweak the transparency, and even make them disappear completely.
