And it was clean, the people were very, very nice, the parking was easy (and free! In L.A.? Parking is a sacrament here, like holy communion or expressing disappointment in Terrence Malick's new film), the bed/linens survivable, the wifi adequate, the A/C unit as loud as a cropdusting plane, but overall.an AMAZING VALUE. One night cost the same as a room service cheeseburger at Shutters. Stayed there for three nights and it was an amazing value. So I thought I'd try the Sea doesn't come up on your Travelocities, so you have to search. Main Street between Pico and Ocean Park is just awesome.
